    Hi Ryan
The front seats were fairly easy, they stand at slightly uneven heights so had to fabricate a bracket and use spaces to make them level. Then use a spreader plate under the the car. The rear seats were a little more complicated. The back, I had to fabricate mounting brackets and bolted them to a 5"x3" piece of wood to raise it up along with securing brackets on the seat belt mount. The seat pad, I cut a piece of ply and mounted it on the existing ply floor bringing it slightly out further, with a 1"x1" batten underneath, making it a more comfortable angle. Hope this helps!

    Hey.
Loving the read thank you for the details.
I'm looking to replace my interior and noticed you said you used a Ford Ka interior.
Did you have to modify it much to fit?
How did you bolt it to the floor?
    Let me know mate.
    Thank you.

Amazing how our experiences run in parallel. Born a year after you, amongst many fixer uppers I had a fabulous LR Roadsters Cobra with a 5.7 ford lump and a Westfield 7.

I now have a Beauford that I built in 2012.
I learnt from my father who was top student in Ford Dagenham before the war, sadly he died in 2000.

    Hi Nigel
The Beauford site is not currently in operation. I will answer any anything I can, I'm not an expert, for anything else the owners club are a good are a good source. I recommend joining anyway, it is excellent value, one of the most reasonable car clubs.
